BUILT TO BE DIFFERENT
The Foundry began in 2025, when Jason Bilous founded Foundry Baseball with a simple vision: create something different — a place where players could be developed as individuals, forged through hard work, and pushed to become better every day.
What started with one team quickly grew. Jason has since worked with 100+ athletes through individual instruction and player development. After a successful first season, the organization expanded to two 12U teams, with Jason now serving as head coach of both a 12U Double-A team and a 12U Majors team.
As more players and families reached out, the vision grew beyond the organization itself.
Jason wanted to create a place where athletes could train year-round, get meaningful repetitions, receive quality instruction, and continue working toward their goals.
That vision became The Foundry
Located in Indian Land, SC, The Foundry is a 5,000-square-foot indoor baseball training facility open to athletes, teams, and families of all levels.
